Import Duties & Taxes
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.

Shipping Schedules
SLEEPONEU ships every Tuesday&Friday excluding China public holidays. All shipping dates are pending payment verification. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. The delivery time is around 8-15 working days depend on your country.
